A nice young post office worker was sorting through her regular envelopes，when she discovered a letter addressed as follows:

<GOD c/o Heaven>

Upon opening the envelope，a letter enclosed told of how an old lady who had never asked for anything in her life，was desperately in need of $100 and was wondering if God could send her the money.

The young lady was deeply touched and made a collection from her fellow workers and collected $90 and sent it off to the old lady.A few weeks later another letter arrived addressed to God.It read:"Thank you for the money，God，I deeply appreciate it.However I only received $90.It must have been those bastards at the Post Office."


일상적인 우편물 분류작업을 하던 착하고 젊은 여직원이 다음과 같은 수취인 앞으로 보내온 편지를 발견했다.

개봉해 보니 생전 부탁이라곤 해본 적이 없는 노파인데 100달러가 꼭 필요한 사정이 있어서 혹 하느님께서 그 돈을 마련해 주실 수 없을까 싶어 편지를 드린다는 사연이었다. 크게 감동한 젊은 여직원은 동료 직원들로부터 돈을 모아 90달러를 마련해 그 할머니에게 보냈다. 몇 주 지나서 또 하느님 앞으로 편지가 왔다. "돈을 보내주셔서 감사합니다. 고맙습니다. 그런데 90달러밖에 안 왔습니다. 필시 우체국의 그 못된 것들의 짓인 것 같습니다. "
